Patricia Walker is the Chief Development Officer for a community-based nonprofit called Isles with a mission to foster self-reliant families and healthy sustainable communities and has an extensive background in philanthropy, corporate social responsibility, and strategic partnership. Patricia works to  achieve community objectives, and those of their partners, by creating, keeping, and focusing on the right kinds of partnerships and strategic relationships.

In addition to being the President for the BW NICE Mercer County Chapter, Patricia serves on Board of Directors for A Woman’s Place, a domestic violence organization in Bucks County, where she chairs the Development Committee; YWCA Princeton’s Next Gen Board where she also serves on their Executive Committee; is a member of The Big Thinkers Group;  and a member of the Parks & Recreation Commission for City of Lambertville.

Originally from Southern California, Patricia received her B.A. from San Diego State University and a Master’s from the University of San Diego. With a 4-year-old daughter and four dogs at home, she keeps pretty busy but when she does get some free time, Patricia is an avid reader, painter, ukulele & guitar player, loves to hike and surf, and is a long-time admirer of horror movies and collecting classic vinyl records.

Since early 2020, the BW NICE Mercer County chapter is proudly continuing to rebuild its executive leadership team, taking on superstars such as Erin Klebaur (Imbue Creative), Sneha Salgam (Edward Jones Financial), and Connie Roberson (Oasis Senior Advisors). Seeking to build and strengthen chapter membership and presence in the community, our chapter is working hard to plan new and energetic monthly socials, engage local Mercer businesses, and find more opportunities to partner with a support our charity partner Womanspace. We strive to build creative, engaging ways to support and empower our members through spotlights, video and social media content, and community partnerships.
