Hunterdon County Chapter
BW NICE is a unique women’s networking organization that provides women at all stages of business and personal life with support, education and resources. We see value in the balance of business networking and charitable outreach. In addition to our monthly networking meetings, each BW NICE Chapter raises funds and awareness supporting a local organization in the fight against domestic violence.
The BW NICE Hunterdon County Chapter supports SAFE in Hunterdon.

Hunterdon County Red Shoe Event
We are filled with gratitude for the incredible support that made the Hunterdon County Chapter’s 9th Annual Red Shoe, held on June 18th, a tremendous success!
A heartfelt thank you to our sponsors, advertisers, tricky tray donors, volunteers, and photography sponsors — Danette Pascarella Photography and Picture Perfect Designer Photography — as well as to every guest who joined us. Your generosity, presence, and spirit of giving truly brought this event to life.
This year, we were thrilled to welcome over 150 guests for an unforgettable evening of networking, dinner, dancing with The WRECKS, a lively tricky tray, and fabulous red-carpet photo ops. The energy in the room was a beautiful reflection of our community’s strength and unity.
One of the evening’s most meaningful moments was honoring our Businesswoman of the Year, Mary Melfi, Hunterdon County Clerk. Mary’s dedication to both business and community exemplifies the leadership, compassion, and empowerment that BW NICE proudly celebrates.
Proceeds from the event benefit our charity partner, SAFE in Hunterdon, a nonprofit dedicated to offering safety, hope, supportive services, and advocacy to survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault in Hunterdon County.
Thank you for being part of this powerful evening. Your support helps us take meaningful steps toward ending domestic violence and building a brighter, safer future for all. Together, we are making a difference!
