Jennifer Leary (left) is a college writing professor with over 20 years of experience and a wellness professional specializing in accessible yoga, meditation, and breathwork for diverse abilities. She is a certified special needs life coach supporting individuals with autism, ADHD/ADD, and developmental, physical, and intellectual disabilities, with a focus on executive functioning, social/emotional skills and holistic health. Jen is proud to serve as Treasurer and Red Shoe co-chair for the BW NICE Bucks County Chapter as well as serve as a co-host for the BW NICE Voice podcast alongside Cindy Caldwell, raising funds and awareness for A Woman’s Place of Bucks County.

Cindy Caldwell (right) is the owner of Full Access Vacations, a travel agency specializing in personalized trip planning, and brings over 30 years of experience as an occupational therapist to her entrepreneurial journey. As a real estate investor who self-manages a rental property, she understands the challenges and triumphs of starting a business and navigating life’s transitions and reinvention. Cindy is proud to serve as Red Shoe co-chair for the BW NICE Bucks County Chapter alongside the BW NICE Voice Podcast co-host Jennifer Leary, raising funds and awareness for A Woman’s Place of Bucks County.
