Kristen Cappitelli

Kristen is extremely excited to get the Burlington County Chapter up and running! Ever since visiting the Warren County Chapter several years ago, BW NICE has been in the back of her mind. “I have never forgotten how welcomed and inspired I felt at those meetings. I am truly honored to be a part of such a beautiful group and to serve our community members in such an impactful way.”

Kristen is the owner of Good to be Home Title Agency, wife, and mother to three beautiful children. “Becoming a mom showed me the very challenges that women face when trying to ‘balance’ work and home life.” Prior to having children, Kristen was a special education teacher. During maternity leave, she faced the struggle of choosing whether to work or become a stay-at-home mother. Staying home won, but family finances did not. “The real estate industry has always run in my family. My mother is a mortgage underwriter, and my father and sister are real estate attorneys.” Even as a child, Kristen would ride her bike around town and visit open houses. She was lucky to be able to work from home doing real estate paralegal work, then decided to take the leap and start a settlement agency. “Being able to contribute financially to my family was a huge relief.” Now that the settlement agency has grown into a blooming title agency, Kristen’s heart-felt goal is to help parents to be able to work from home and support their families by providing jobs and a flexible work environment. “No mother should need to sweat over telling her boss she needs time off for her child’s doctor’s appointment or that her child will be home for their fourth COVID quarantine.”

Today she is following her dreams, protecting clients’ ownership interest in their homes, and providing an encouraging, supportive workplace. “We provide the highest quality customer service and customer CARE in the industry of title insurance. We want our clients to feel cared for, supported, and that we are doing everything possible to get them to closing quickly with thoroughly cleared title.”
