I am a wife, mom of 2 living adult children,  and grandma to 4 amazing grandchildren who have my whole heart.  I have worked for Johnson & Johnson for 26 years.  Currently I am an Administrative Assistant in the Medical Information Call Center in Titusville, NJ.

Besides my family, my passion lies in my Health Coaching business where I partner with clients on their journey to better health by helping them change habits that no longer serve them and create life long habits of health.  I have helped dozens of clients lose hundreds of pounds, come off their medications, lead happy, healthy and active lives again.  Not much is more rewarding than giving people their lives back.

I am also a Fitness Instructor.  I teach multiple formats in multiple locations.  My favorite programs are choreographed to music.  One program is called AMPD, we use equipment such as kettlebells, resistance bands and weighted bars.  My absolute favorite program which has 90% of my passion is Pound.  I am a member of Tour Crew which simply means I am an ambassador for the brand.  Pound is drumming inspired and is a 45 minute cardio jam session where you don’t just hear the music, you feel it.
