“You don’t have to believe everything you think”

I believe it has always been my calling to assist others in getting what they want out of life.  I have worn many different hats during my career, as a counselor, mentor, manager, clinical supervisor and as a coach.  What I realized was I most enjoyed my role as a life and career coach.  So in  2022, I left my position as Director of Community Outreach in the behavioral health department of a non-profit medical center to focus solely on my career and life coaching practice.

I work with clients to help assist them in achieving their goals in every aspect of life. Together we will work as a team to identify challenges, strengths, skills, and desires all while guiding, supporting, and developing your toolbox to create your ideal life. I do this utilizing varying techniques and tools one of which is Emotional Freedom Technique (also known as Tapping). In addition to my private coaching practice, I am a coach on several Coaching platforms, TaskHuman, CareerPoint and BetterUp.  I love the global aspects of these companies and my ability to work with clients and other coaches from all over the world.

My proudest accomplishments are raising two amazing individuals and watching them as loving partners and parents. And also for having the courage to change course in my career and pursue certification in coaching and emotional freedom technique.

I’m most grateful for my family and for having a career in which I have been able to work with amazing people to make the changes in their lives that they chose to pursue.

I am very excited to be part of the BWNice organization. I am especially happy to be part of an organization that is so much more than just networking.  The partnership  with domestic violence/sexual assault programs and agencies was a major factor in my wanting to join.  It just fits into the other volunteering that I do for causes that are near and dear to me
