Surinder Chauhan began her career in retail banking in 2005 at Hudson City Savings Bank which was acquired by M&T Bank in 2016 where she continued as a Branch Manager. Surinder has over fifteen years of Business Banking experience which includes specialty banker, portfolio management, cash management, business development and commercial lending.

Surinder is very active in her community and volunteers her time presenting Budgeting sessions for Nonprofit organizations like Triple C Housing and involved in helping visually impaired/low-vision people to see by volunteering her time on Be My Eyes Phone App Service. Surinder, as a member in Banks internal group of Diversity and Inclusion helps the bank to better understand and align with the diversifying needs of the customers and communities that we serve. As a member of Indian American woman Entrepreneurs Association, she is also helping women’s in businesses for their business banking needs.
