Hello!  My name is Mary Rudolph.  I am a full-time realtor with Long and Foster Real Estate.  Prior to real estate, I worked as a dental assistant for over 20 years.  Helping people has always been my passion, whether it was helping a patient during a dental procedure or helping people obtain their goals of homeownership.  I surely prefer real estate!  Working as a real estate agent became my goal in 2004, when I bought my first property.  One of my patients who was a broker told me that I would make a great agent, and I knew that she was right!  I got my license in 2021 and feel like I am working my dream job.  I love helping people find the perfect house to suit their needs.  I love getting to know people and figuring out a solution to their problems.  I offer my clients assistance with anything that I can possibly help with.  I personally keep a positive state of mind and try to encourage and inspire the people who I encounter both professionally and personally.  I am the type of person who offers words of encouragement to strangers, and I look for opportunities to do random acts of kindness.  I believe that persistence and discipline help make me a great agent.  When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with my husband, dog, family and friends.  My husband and I enjoy camping, hiking, fishing, and basically anything outdoors.  I volunteer periodically at the Ann Silverman Clinic at the Doylestown Hospital as a dental assistant.  I also volunteer for on organization called H.A.T. Packs, whose mission is to feed children who face food insecurity when not at school.  In my free time, I enjoy doing home maintenance and improvement projects, cleaning the house, mowing the lawn and trimming the trees and shrubs.  I love to stay busy and active.  I am reliable and do what I say I am going to do.  My goals are to never stop learning and always stay humble and kind.
