Linda Panarella has over 16 years experience managing personalized care to Seniors, and specializes in dementia care. For 5 years, Linda was the Director of Operations for Senior Helpers of Ocean County. She transitioned into the role of Director of Development in a new and revolutionary area of specialized care–Town Square Adult Day Care and Enrichment Centers in Brick, NJ and Princeton, NJ.

Linda is a Certified Dementia Practitioner,  a PAC Certified Independent Trainer, and a Memory Bridge graduate. She often speaks to groups and does community and organization trainings. Prior to her career with Town Square and Senior Helpers, she was an Activity Director in an Assisted Living Community. Her unexpected journey through dementia with her mother launched the aspiration to provide education and equip care partners and families for their interactions with persons living with dementia. It has been the Senior Gems and PAC training with Teepa Snow, and her two experiential training retreats with Memory Bridge which provided insight into the realities of living with dementia. It is her passion to share that awareness with others who are trying to find their way.

She is available to present on a variety of topics concerning aging and dementia care to community groups, religious organizations, and professionals.
