With the encouragement of a family member to “hang my shingle,” I started my company, KB Expressions Coaching in 2004. My original vision focused on helping individuals build self-confidence and communicate their strengths in a career/job context. Over the past 18 years, I’ve recognized that sharing my lightbulb moment – that there is power in getting to know oneself – expands on KB Expressions Coaching’s original vision of how to help others succeed.

I am passionate about teaching others ways to “up” their work game.  As a career coach, I specialize in helping individuals identify their strengths, passions, and values to create a fulfilling career path. I guide career exploration, resume building, interview preparation, and networking strategies through personalized coaching sessions to help my clients reach their professional goals. With a combination of expertise in the job market and a deep understanding of human behavior, I help clients build the skills and confidence they need to succeed in their chosen career paths. I joined the BW Nice Sussex County chapter in 2018 and served as its Communications Director from 2019-2021. I am thrilled to have found a place to learn from other business-minded women and support a common cause, Sussex County Domestic Abuse and Sexual Assault Intervention Services (DASI). In 2021, I became a member of DASI’s board of trustees as an additional way to give back to the community and I currently serve as its Treasurer.
