Johanna Micarelli is currently a resident of Bensalem, Bucks County, PA.  She moved to South Florida from South Jersey in 2002 to start her career in Real Estate Appraising at the age of 20. She also traveled with FEMA for 12 years doing housing inspections for numerous disasters. Her passion is being there for all of the people in her life, and traveling with her husband any chance she gets.

Johanna is the owner of Appraisal Benefit and is certified in Florida and Pennsylvania.  Appraisal Benefit currently serves Philadelphia, Bucks, Delaware, Montgomery and Chester counties.  As an appraiser for 20 years, she has grown her business with the help of her great team.
