My Obsession with Real Estate began in 1985, when as a young
teacher, I purchased an oceanfront studio apartment in Brooklyn, New
York. I lived there for two years, enjoying the views, the beach and the ocean breezes,
and when I sold it, 2 years later, (because I was getting married and
buying a house), I made a 61% profit, and I was hooked! I got a real estate
license, and sold condominiums in Staten Island on weekends, while
teaching during the week. I sold enough properties to qualify to be a Real
Estate Broker. I worked as an Associate Broker part time in Brooklyn, until
my family started to grow, and we decided to move to New Jersey. I got
licensed in NJ, but finally put my professional real estate career on hold ,
while raising our children and teaching full time. We lived in 4 different
towns in NJ, and bought a condominium in Rockaway Beach New York
(which we still own), before making the best move so far in May of 2017
when we bought a house in beautiful Tinicum Township in Bucks County
Pa. In 2020, I decided that it was time to help others, by sharing what I
had learned from my 35 years of combined professional and
personal Real Estate experience. I have been enjoying helping others to
buy, sell, and rent properties in both Pa and NJ, while educating them
about the ever changing market and the opportunities that real estate has
to offer.
