Dr. Carol-Anne Minski is president of CMA Leadership Consultants with 25+ years of leadership experience in executive level roles. As a motivational speaker, she inspires people to achieve transformational change in their lives. She has a passion for motivating people to achieve success! Her book Focus: Get what you want out of life is an honest and inspiring look at the obstacles women face and the real strategies they use to achieve their goals.

Carol-Anne served on the Board of Directors for the Greater Valley Forge Human Resource Association. Dr. Minski is a member of the Association for Talent Development, and the Business Women’s Network for Charity and Education. She has an MBA from Philadelphia University, an MA in Counseling from Arcadia University, and a PhD from Fielding Graduate University in Human and Organizational Systems.
