Liz P. Summers is president of Advancing Leadership Consulting, Inc., a firm she founded in 2008 that is dedicated to strengthening communication, self-awareness, and leadership skills for individuals and organizations. With a BA in Communications from Wake Forest University and over twenty years of communication, group facilitation and marketing/public relations experience with both for profit and nonprofit organizations, Liz offers a unique perspective to a wide variety of organizations.

Nadia Quraishi is a Holistic Nutritionist and founder of Nourished by Nadia. She works with clients to help them transition to a more nutrient-dense, plant-based diet and lifestyle. Alesha Courtney is a certified personal trainer and nutritionist who works with women to simplify their time through food and fitness. Alesha grew up an athlete and always had a passion for fitness, but she also loved trying new diets and finding ways to become a healthier person. She ended up attending the University of Bridgeport to receive her Masters in nutrition and combined it with fitness to give her clients the best results. Her specialty is high intensity interval training also known as HIIT which is a shorter yet more effective way to workout. She found her love for HIIT years ago and saw amazing results within herself and knew she had to implement this training in her own practice. Since then she has worked with many women to help them become more FHIIT and confident along with losing weight and being the best versions of themselves.

Kat Verdi  is approaching a decade of experience in geriatric healthcare, is an Alzheimer’s Association Trained Volunteer Support Group Facilitator & Community Engagement Representative for New Jersey. She has years of experience assisting families affected by dementia and Alzheimer’s. Kat is a Caregiver, Aging Adult, LGBTQ Elder Senior Living & Healthcare Advocacy Consultant. She guides and advocates for “Adult Children Caregivers with Careers” (ACCC), Adults Aging in Place (AAIP) and LGBTQ Elders in the many facets families face with their loved ones in Senior Living and Healthcare. Her mission is to educate, empower and serve as a sound resource for anyone caring for a loved one.

As a coach and career development professional, she has created and directed career advancement centers for the Pennsylvania State University and Arcadia University and provided coaching for hundreds of outplaced individuals. As a consultant, Dr. Minski custom designed training programs for AT&T, Chilton Publishing, Abington Hospital, PECO, Keystone Helicopter, Scott Paper Company, and many others. She earned an MBA from Thomas Jefferson University, an MA in Counseling Psychology from Arcadia University, and a PhD in Human and Organizational Development from Fielding Graduate University. She is also the author of “FOCUS! Get What You Want Out of Life” and the “FOCUS Planning Journal.”
