Nadia Quraishi grew up in Metuchen, New Jersey and currently resides in Flemington. Nadia graduated from Rutgers University in New Brunswick with a Bachelors in Economics. She worked in Finance for several years but knew this wasn’t her path. She was very interested in health and wellness and decided to enroll in a Nutrition program. Along with becoming a Holistic Nutritionist, she also became certified in Plant Based Nutrition from eCornell and T. Colin Campbell for Nutrition Studies. With the rise of chronic diseases, Nadia knew she had to make it her mission to spread awareness about the benefits of a whole foods diet.

In 2015, Nadia started her own private practice, Nourished by Nadia. She provides solutions for busy parents and professionals using whole foods to help them reach their goals. She help those who are lacking energy, want to lose weight, and reduce or eliminate the risk of chronic diseases. Using evidence-based nutrition, she helps her clients transition to eating a healthier lifestyle. Nadia also teaches fun plant-based cooking classes in Hunterdon County. These classes are perfect for a fun girls night out or a corporate team-building activity.

In 2017, Nadia started the Nourished Retreat in NYC. The day-long Wellness Retreat is committed to providing practical advice from leading professionals that can be used in daily life. From workshops like eco-friendly living, meditation, yoga, and green beauty, to food demos and nutrition. Nadia held her third wellness event this past April 2019.

In 2018, Nadia launched small batch immune boosting products including organic elderberry syrup, turmeric latte mix, and frozen smoothie cups. Find her at your local Farmers Market or on Etsy.
