Jennifer Leary is a seasoned educator and wellness practitioner with over 20 years of experience supporting individuals with special needs. She is also the proud parent of a child with autism and ADHD, which gives her a deeply personal understanding of the joys and challenges families face. Her work blends professional expertise with lived experience, creating a compassionate and holistic approach that honors the whole person—mind, body, and spirit.

As a certified Yoga, Meditation, and Breathwork Instructor, as well as a Certified Special Needs Life Coach, Jennifer offers flexible services intentionally designed to meet each client where they are. Every offering is tailored to individual needs, providing practical tools for growth, healing, and empowerment.

At the heart of Jennifer’s practice is a core belief: every individual has inherent value and a unique contribution to offer the world. She holds that we are all capable of growth, connection, and purpose—especially when supported in ways that respect and celebrate our differences.

Her work is built on the understanding that people with special needs deserve not only inclusion, but meaningful engagement in their communities, schools, workplaces, and families. With the right support, they can thrive emotionally, intellectually, and socially.

Jennifer’s philosophy centers on compassion, empowerment, and practical guidance. She walks alongside clients on their journeys, helping them access tools that foster independence, joy, and self-worth. Whether through learning, movement, advocacy, or coaching, her ultimate goal is to help each person live a full, happy, and purpose-driven life.

Empowering Joy’s ideal clients are neurodiverse children and adults and their families seeking guidance in building life skills, improving emotional resilience, navigating educational systems, and achieving personal goals. I also provide support for parents and caregivers, offering coaching and practical strategies that foster confidence, communication, and independence.
