Andrea Stevens is an accomplished Staffing and Recruiting professional with over 10 years of experience in the Human Resources space. As President, Andrea provides exceptional employees to businesses nationwide within multiple industries.

Prior to starting Skill Harbor Staffing, Andrea held various consulting and sales roles in the human capital management and employment staffing space. She graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Medaille College in Buffalo, New York. Throughout her career, which took her from the snows of Buffalo, New York, to the desert landscape of Arizona with multiple stops in between, including California, Iowa, Ohio, and New Jersey, Andrea has been recognized for her outstanding leadership and strong interpersonal skills. Her commitment to fostering strong client relationships and her dedication to candidate success have earned her accolades in the industry.

Andrea is also the President of the Niagara County Chapter of BW NICE Inc.
