Andrea Stevens is an accomplished staffing and recruiting professional with over a decade of experience in the human resources and talent acquisition space. As the Founder and President of Skill Harbor Staffing, Andrea leads a modern, skill-based, on-demand talent service that helps businesses nationwide access high-level expertise in business development, accounting, HR, and administrative support—without the overhead of hiring traditional full-time employees.
Drawing on her diverse background as both a consultant and a freelancer, Andrea has partnered with a wide range of small to medium-sized businesses, including construction companies, insurance agencies, law firms, and real estate brokerages, delivering flexible, results-driven solutions that align with each client’s unique needs.
Prior to launching Skill Harbor Staffing, Andrea held multiple consulting and sales roles in human capital management and employment staffing. She earned her bachelor’s degree in business administration from Medaille College in Buffalo, New York. Her career journey has taken her from the snows of Buffalo to the desert landscapes of Arizona, with stops in California, Iowa, Ohio, and New Jersey, earning recognition along the way for her leadership, relationship-building skills, and commitment to client and candidate success.
In addition to leading Skill Harbor Staffing, Andrea proudly serves as President of the BW NICE Niagara County NY Chapter, a professional organization dedicated to fostering connections, leadership, and growth for women in business.
