Elizabeth Mihalovich

Elizabeth Mihalovich is a strategic business development executive with more than 20 years of experience in financial services. As Chief Revenue Officer of EAGiL Financial Group, she leads growth initiatives, builds strategic partnerships, and develops solutions for advisors, financial institutions, and their clients.

Previously, Elizabeth spent two decades with Lincoln Financial Group, where she focused on sales, relationship management, strategic partnerships, and regulatory compliance. She holds an MBA from Drexel University’s LeBow College of Business and a BBA from Temple University’s Fox School of Business.

Elizabeth serves as President of the BW NICE Montgomery County Chapter and as a Board Member for Pathways PA – Center for Families. She is passionate about connecting people, supporting women and families, and creating opportunities through collaboration and servant leadership.

Outside of her professional and community work, Elizabeth is a devoted mother to her daughter and an avid dog lover. She hopes to one day help create safe housing for the pets of women seeking safety from abusive situations, removing one of the barriers that can make it harder to leave and begin again.
