Kat Verdi, MAT, CADDCT, is Founder of Verdi Consulting LLC, and is a Certified Alzheimer’s Disease & Dementia Care Trainer.

She is a wife of one and mother of two who was born and raised in Jersey City, New Jersey. Kat attended the Academy of St. Aloysius, an all-girl high school, which was the foundation of her independent thinking and the empowerment of fellow women. Kat graduated in 1991 from St. Peter’s College with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management & Marketing. In 1997, Kat graduated from Monmouth University with a Masters in Teaching.

Today, Kat is approaching a decade of experience with geriatric healthcare as a Certified Alzheimer’s Disease & Dementia Care Trainer.  She is an advocate for (ACCC) “Adult Children Caregivers with Careers”, the LGBTQ community, and those aging in place. Her mission is to educate, empower and serve as a resource for anyone caring for a loved one.
