Nicole Rodin headshot, Board Member

Nicole Rodin brings more than a decade of experience in the nonprofit sector, having worked in the Washington, D.C. area in strategic sales and account development roles where she specialized in building partnerships, driving growth, and deepening community impact. She is especially passionate about supporting women in transition and survivors of domestic violence, a cause inspired by her own journey.

Nicole combines her professional expertise with hands-on community involvement, including part-time work at a local animal boarding facility where she cares for both dogs and cats. She has also volunteered her time as a mentor for rising leaders and professionals through the Boston University Alumni Association and the Young Nonprofit Professionals Network of DC (YNPNDC), and organized donation drives for a Maryland-based animal shelter. Outside of her commitments, she enjoys exploring the city through dance, taking studio classes at her gym, gathering with a Philadelphia-based dinner club group, and spending time with her family and her big, orange cat, Sammy. Nicole is excited to bring her relationship-driven approach, creativity, and energy to the BW NICE Board of Trustees in support of its mission to empower women in business and help survivors of domestic violence.
