My name is Nanette Fitzpatrick and I live in Haycock Township with my Husband and two dogs. In the late ’70s, I started my career in the Technology Industry working for multiple Fortune 500 companies as a Marketing System Analyst. I always enjoyed helping my business clients and applied this knowledge to the Real Estate Industry.
Licensed in 1992 as a full-time Real Estate Agent, I have been involved in the Real Estate Industry as a full-time Realtor and as a Real Estate Mentor and Consultant. During this time, I have worked along with teams earning many prestigious awards including Prudential’s Top of the Rock Award and the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Fox and Roach Chairman’s Gold Award. As an independent Real Estate Agent, I have provided the highest quality service to my clients and customers, earning the highest reviews recommendations and referrals. Buyers benefit from my knowledge of Real Estate and Bucks and Montgomery County areas in showing them the best values to suit their needs. I specialize in listing and selling single family homes townhouses condos and new construction as well as marketing of Historic Homes. Consistently a million dollar producer, my vast knowledge of the industry provides the best customer service at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Fox and Roach Realtors.
In 2008 I was asked to head up the Fox and Roach Charities for the Doylestown office. This is a non-profit corporation that is a public charity for the benefit over 150 Delaware Valley charities. Through my efforts, thousands of dollars have been given to local charities in the Doylestown area. I have continued to put dedication and passion to work guiding the agents in the Doylestown Office on their successful efforts to give back to the community. In February 2017 I joined the Network of BW Nice Bucks County Chapter, which solely supports the work of A Woman’s Place, and their mission to provide comprehensive free, private, and confidential service, support, education, outreach, and advocacy to victims of domestic violence and their children and the community. In January 2019, I joined the Leadership Team as Secretary for the chapter and look forward to the coming year.
