Melissa Hammer has been helping customers solve their business financial problems for over 15 years. She has been a business person in the hospitality industry which gives her keen insight into the challenges business owners face as they drive to success. Currently she is Relationship Manager for Heartland Payment Systems, bringing payroll/HR, credit card payment, e-Commerce, and lending solutions to her customers.
Melissa has built her reputation on the premise that superior customer service is the fundamental basis of a fruitful, long term relationship. Knowledge, integrity, respect, and desire for mutual reward are the hallmarks of Melissa’s approach to business.
She has been working in the Northern and Central NJ and PA areas for over 30 years. She is established in many local networking groups including Chambers of Commerce (Bernards Township Regional, Hunterdon, Phillipsburg, Lehigh Valley), BNI, BW NICE (Business Women Networking Involving Charity and Education) for which she sits on the Board of Trustees as the Vice President.
She volunteers with such charities as Basking Ridge Fire Company #1, NORWESCAP, March of Dimes, Hunterdon and Warren County ARC, Abilities of Northwest New Jersey (where she sits on the capital campaign).
Before going into Business Merchant Service, she was in the Restaurant Industry for 25 years, working her way from a Chef, to Director of Sales, to National Director of Catering.
