On Friday, November 17th, we will be hosting our 2nd annual Red Shoe™ Luncheon and Fashion Show at The Bridgewater Manor. This exciting event provides a perfect afternoon escape for women so they can network and build relationships, enjoy a delicious lunch, and discover the latest fashions–all while raising awareness and funds for our charity, Safe+Sound Somerset, a local not-for-profit agency dedicated to serving victims and survivors of domestic violence.
Over 100 attendees are expected to gather for this luncheon that also supports local businesses and provides them with a platform to showcase their products or services via tabletop displays, or to even be a part of the much anticipated BW NICE Red Carpet Fashion Show. The models that walk the runway are typically members of this organization, and they are thrilled to be a fashion model for the day–especially after having their hair and makeup done by stylists from Ulta Beauty and Beyond the Fringe.
Of course, no fundraiser is complete without a fabulous silent auction. From gift cards to gift baskets to the latest fashion accessories, the Red Shoe Committee has put together some outstanding items that will surely be worth bidding on during this fun and festive gathering.
We are very excited to announce that singer/songwriter Juliette Reilly is going to make a special appearance and will be singing some of her most popular songs like “I AM,” which debuted at #1 on the iTunes singer/songwriter chart.
Also, Sejal Dave’ Sharma, our Businesswoman of the Year, is going to receive a special award from our founder, Diane Simovich.
The 2nd annual Red Shoe Luncheon and Fashion Show will begin at 10 a.m. with registration and vendor displays then continues with the luncheon and fashion show from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Tickets are $75 for BW NICE members and $85 for non-members. Please note that seating is limited and tickets must be purchased in advance.
BW NICE, Business Women Networking Involving Charity & Education, provides women at all stages of business and personal life with support, education, and resources. We see value in the balance of business networking and charitable outreach. Each BW NICE chapter raises funds and awareness by supporting a local organization in the fight against domestic violence.
