Connie is a certified life, career & retirement coach and founder of Positive Life Decisions, Allentown, PA. Through private coaching, group coaching, workshops, seminars and speaking engagements she helps those in the second half of life discover who they are as they revitalize dreams and discover passions, and design a plan to make the rest of their life the best of their life. Connie’s passion is working with women at mid-life and beyond. Clients include Baby Boomers who are seeking a new career, transitioning from a full-time career and nearing retirement. Positive Life Decisions also offers non-financial retirement planning programs and ongoing group coaching programs for women over 50 as they transition to the next phase of their life. Connie holds the following certifications, all accredited by the International Coaching Federation: Certified Life Coach; Certified ReCareer Coach; and Certified Retirement Coach. She also is certified as an Emotional Intelligence Facilitator and a Too Young to Retire Certified Facilitator. Connie holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial and organizational psychology from Moravian College, Bethlehem, PA. She has more than 30 years of experience in business, many of which were spent in the pharmaceutical industry. Connie is Past President of Business Women Networking Involving Charity & Education (BW NICE) Lehigh Valley Chapter. She is also a trained speaker through the National Speakers Association Speaker’s Academy and Toastmasters International. Her volunteer work includes working with the NODA (No One Dies Alone) Program at Lehigh Valley Hospital as a Compassionate Companion.
